(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application is for condonation of delay of 467 days in preferring appeal against the judgment and order passed by learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.221 of 2007, whereby, the certain accused have been acquitted.
Mr.Devarshi Shah, learned advocate appears for respondent Nos. 2 to 13.
Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the grounds stated in the application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, delay deserves to be condoned. Therefore, condoned.
Application allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute.
