Learned APP, Mr.Pandya, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend his ailing mother.
From the record, it transpires that along with the application, no medical papers are annexed to support the case coupled with the fact that in October, 2011, the present applicant was already enlarged on temporary bail.
Considering the totality of the facts, discretion does not deserve to be exercised.
Hence, application is rejected. Rule discharged.
