Present application has been preferred by the applicant - original petitioner to restore the main Civil Revision Application No.116 of 2012 which came to be dismissed for non-prosecution for non-removal of office objections.
Having heard Shri Oza, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant and considering the averments in the application and on assurance given by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant that office objections in the main Civil Revision Application shall be remove during the course of the day, present application is allowed and Civil Revision Application No.116 of 2012 is hereby restored to file. Time to remove office objections is hereby extended upto 6th July 2012.
