Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, taking notice for the respondent, submitted that final report was filed on 12.05.2017 R.MAHADEVAN, J., sr before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvannamalai and the petitioner is entitled for the copy of the same, on filing necessary application. With the above observation, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
