The petitioners have come up with these present Writ Petitions for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to issue patta to the petitioners by considering the representation of the petitioners dated 07.12.2015 and 04.06.2016 respectively.
2.Heard Mr.R.K.Arunanidhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners have approached the respondents to demarcate the properties and issue patta based on the common final decree passed in O.S.Nos.74 of 2008 and 104 of 2005(O.S.No.492 of 1976), dated 30.10.2014, on the file of the I Additional District Court, Madurai, however, the respondents had not passed any orders. Hence the present Writ petition.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioners would be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the third respondent to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioners, dated 07.12.2015 and 04.06.2016 respectively, in accordance with law after providing opportunities to necessary parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
