Heard learned counsel for the plaintiff-applicant.
In view of the order, which is proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the private respondent.
The applicant has approached this Court to issue direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the injunction application 6C under Order XXXIX Rule 1 C.P.C. filed in Original Suit No.512 of 2014 (Chirag Garg vs. Smt. Lachchho Devi) within stipulated time.
Considering the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction upon the Court to decide the injunction application 6C under Order XXXIX Rule 1 C.P.C. filed in Original Suit No.512 of 2014 (Chirag Garg vs. Smt. Lachchho Devi), in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, except upon payment of cost.
