JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that challenging the order granting, the petitioner has withdraw the earlier suit to file a fresh suit. Pending the civil revision petition, the respondent has filed a fresh suit and the same was dismissed. It is also reported by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, again the second suit S.L.P. pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
