JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court passed in W.P (MD).No.3733 of 2011, dated 13.08.2015.
2.Heard Mr. J.John, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. V.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the contemnor.
3.Learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order has been complied with and the respondent passed an order on 09.08.2016, a copy of which has been produced before this Court and one copy has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that his client has not received the order till date. Hence, the respondents are directed to communicate the order to the petitioner by way of registered post with acknowledgment due within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the order dated 09.08.2016, the petitioner is entitled to work out his remedy in accordance with law, as it is contended that the authority who passed the order lacks jurisdiction.
5.Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
