The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order dated 30-10-2007 in I.A.No.635 of 2007 in O.P.No.315 of 2007 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, directing grant of visiting rights to the petitioner on every Sunday pending disposal of the O.P.
Sri V. Hari Haran, learned counsel for the respondent has brought to notice of the Court that the Original Petition itself has been disposed of on 19-09-2009 and against the final order in the O.P., an appeal is pending before this Court. As the impugned order granted visiting rights only pending disposal of the Original Petition and the Original Petition has been disposed of, this Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous.
Without prejudice to the rights of the either party in the appeal pending before this Court, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous without costs.
