Mr.Pranav G. Desai, learned counsel appearing for the Bank seeks time to file reply to the aforesaid two Civil Applications, filed by the petitioner. He states that for finding out very old record, he would require some more time. He, therefore, requests to grant at least two weeks' time. Considering the request made by Mr.Desai, learned counsel, all these matters are adjourned to 4th May 2012.
