The grievance of the petitioners is that some unauthorised persons have encroached upon Chak Marg No. 36, Area 0.850 dismal, situate in Village Tiyari, Tehsil Sadar, Pargana, Haveli, District Jaunpur, as a result of which the residents of the locality and other persons are feeling inconvenienced.
Having regard to this grievance, it is open to the petitioners to invoke the provisions of Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The Court, accordingly, leaves it open to the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the competent authority for an expeditious decision thereon.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
