The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Revision being Revision No.1425/2016 (Computerized Case No.C- 20160500001425) (Sanjay Singh vs. Chhote Lal) challenging the order dated 9.8.2011 passed by the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Deoria be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Revision.
It is, therefore, directed that the Revision No.1425/2016 (Computerized Case No.C-20160500001425) (Sanjay Singh vs. Chhote Lal) be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
