Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant Chhote Khan in Case Crime No. 622 of 2020, under sections 498A, 323 I.P.C. and section 3/4 D.P. Act and 3/4 Muslim Women Marriage Protection Act, 2019, P.S.-Bitharichainpur, District- Bareilly.
Learned counsel for the applicants has made a request that a direction may be issued to the court below to consider the bail application when given on the same day and the application for anticipatory bail may be rejected.
In view of the request made above, Anticipatory Bail Application is rejected as not pressed.
A direction is however given to the court below that in case applicant surrender and give bail application, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously and preferably on the same day in accordance with law.
