Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Mathur, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is the informant of the case though FIR was registered u/s 323 IPC, but the victim died subsequently on 6.7.2018 and till date the case has not been converted for an appropriate offence.
Learned AGA shall seek instructions in the matter by the next date. Put up the matter on 19.9.2018.
