Ms. Deepika Jauhari, learned counsel, is present for the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court and both the husband and wife, who are the petitioner and the respondent, respectively in the case, have amicably settled their dispute outside the Court and are living together as on date and the money which was deposited by petitioner no. 1 in pursuance to the order passed by this Court towards the Mediation Center may be refunded back to him as respondent no. 3/private respondent has not appeared before the Mediation Centre.
The Mediation Centre, therefore, is directed to refund the money, after deducting the expenses of the Mediation Centre, if any, to petitioner no. 1 by moving an appropriate application, if the same has already not been paid to the private-respondent.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
