ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “…to issue an order, direction or writ, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the order of the 1st respondent passed in Rc.E.17/2007 dated 12.03.2007 rejecting the revision petition filed by the petitioner against the order of the 2nd respondent in Rc.E.168/2006 dated 11.12.2006 whereunder he confirmed the order of the 3rd respondent in Rc.C.3634/2005, dated 28.02.2006 cancelling the authorisation of the petition F.P. Shop of Dakkili Village and Mandal, Nellore District as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and also contrary to the provisions of
A.P. State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2001 and set aside the same, and pass such other order…”
At the hearing, Sri V. Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order dated 16.05.2007 passed in W.P.M.P.No.10283 of 2007 is vacated and W.P.M.P.Nos.10283 and 13055 of 2007 filed by the petitioner for interim reliefs are also dismissed as infructuous.
