(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through Jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 21 days so as to get operated for piles. In support of the application medical papers are enclosed and certificate issued by the Medical Officer, Central Jail Dispensary, Ahmedabad is enclosed. The said certificate states that, "This is to certify that Mr.Chaturbhai Viththalbhai Patel is a convicted prisoner of Central Jail, Ahmedabad with prisoner No.D/ 13973.
He is a diagnosed case of post anal fissure with spasm positive. He was examined and treated by full time general surgeon at Jail dispensary during OPD visits for the same.
On 28/05/2012 he was examined by General Surgeon at Civil Hospital Ahmedabad for his complaint of bleeding PR, pain on defecation and constipation and treated conservatively and advised follow up after 10 days.
All the medicines advised by the experts are provided by the jail authority at Govt cost.
This certificate is issued on the basis of available case records at central jail dispensary."
2. The Court is of the opinion that no case is made out for grant of temporary bail. Hence this application is rejected.
