Heard Sri Sanjay Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA on the aforesaid correction application.
Perusal of record shows that in para nos. 1 and 2 of the prayer clause of the Crl. Misc. Application No. 27 of 2018, Case No. 5509/9 of 2017 has been wrongly mentioned by the counsel whereas the correct Case number is 5504/9 of 2017, due to which wrong case number was typed in the order dated 24.1.2018. The counsel for the applicant is permitted to incorporate the amendment in the Crl. Misc. Application No. 27 of 2018 moved under section 482 Cr.P.C..
In para no. 2 of the order dated 24.1.2018 passed by this Court, 5509/9 of 2017 has been mentioned in place of correct number i.e. 5504/9 of 2017 and in 4th line of para no. 3 of the abovementioned order, Suresh has been mentioned where as the correct name is Surendra and further in second line of para no. 6 of the order 30 days has been written whereas it should be 60 days.
The correction application is allowed.
In the order dated 24.1.2018, in place of case no. 5509/9 of 2017, the correct number 5504/9 0f 2017 be read and in place of Suresh the correct name Surendra be read and in place of 30 days, 60 days be read.
