JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY)
1. Rule.
Learned APP Mr. Pandya waives service of Rule.
2. By this application, the applicant - convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail to attend the Mundan ceremony of his son.
3. From the application, we do not find any date on which the ceremony is fixed.
4. Under these circumstances, discretion does not deserve to be exercised, at this stage and hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
