Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sudhir Bharti learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha and the learned Standing Counsel.
When the suit of the petitioner being Suit No. T202105440300765 (Chandrika Paswan vs. Gaon Sabha and Others), under Section 144 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was not being decided, the petitioner filed a writ petition being Writ - C No. 13569 of 2021 (Chandrika Paswan vs. State of U.P. and Others) which was decided on 15.7.2021 and a direction was issued that the Suit itself be decided within a period of one year. When the petitioner required a temporary injunction, he moved an application under Section 146 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Grievance of the petitioner is that no order was being passed on the application which was filed on 11.8.2021.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the application dated 11.8.2021 filed by the petitioner be decided within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this order. Copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
