This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to S.D.M., Bhatpar Rani, Deoria to implement the order dated 28.11.2018 passed in Case No. 00759 of 2018, Computer Case No. T201805200500759, Chandrawati vs. Gujeshwar and others, under Sections 145/146 Cr.P.C.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that certain orders have been passed by the S.D.M., Bhatpar Rani, Deoria which are not being implemented so far and in that regard directions may be made.
This Court is not in a position in absence of complete record, to know the exact status of the case or the circumstances under which such a situation arisen. In such a situation no specific order can be passed by this Court. If certain orders have been passed by the court below, the court has all the powers to ensure its implementation. If the submission made by the counsel is true then the court below is required to look into the matter and do the needful in accordance with law expeditiously.
With the aforesaid observations, this application stands disposed off.
