Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to directing the respondent no.4/ Tehsildar to decide the Case No.RST1153/2016 (Computer No.T20160544041153), (Chandrawati Vs. Bharath and others) and case No.RST/2516/2016 (Computer No.T20160544042520), (Chandrawati V. Rajkumar and others) (Under Section 34) of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, which is pending before the Respondent no.4 within stipulated period as fixed by the Hon'ble High Court."
It has been stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2016.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.4/ Tehsildar, Tehsil Kasaya, District Kushinagar to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
