Claim of petitioner for enhancement of rent of the godown provided to State authorities needs to be examined by the Divisional Commissioner with reference to para 15 of the Government Order, dated 2nd May, 2018. It is contended that such a claim has already been instituted, but the matter has not been considered by the Divisional Commissioner, so far.
Learned Standing Counsel states that in the event petitioner's claim has not been decided, the same shall be adverted to, expeditiously.
In the facts of the case, we direct the second respondent to examine petitioner's claim in terms of the aforesaid government order, after notice to the concerned department, within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. Liberty stands reserved to the petitioner to annex all materials including the details of the previous application while serving a copy of this order upon the second respondent.
With the above observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed off.
