At the outset, a preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel with regard to maintainability of the writ petition.
We find that the writ petition has been filed seeking a relief against the members of the co-operative society who are alleged to have executed a sale-deed contrary to the bye laws of the society. No relief has been sought against any statutory authority.
The writ petition is wholly misconceived and is accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs.
