The present application seeking permission to add Shri Chandrakantbhai Manibhai Patel, President of the Karjan Taluka Sahakari Kharid Vechan Sangh Limited, Karjan, Dist. Vadodara as respondent No.6 in Letters Patent Appeal No.1558 of 2011 and Civil Application No.11028 of 2011 (if it is pending) is allowed. Further, the applicant is also permitted to amend the grounds of Letters Patent Appeal as mentioned in the present application. The applicant is directed to amend the cause title of the Letters Patent Appeal as well as civil application and also add the grounds in the Letters Patent Appeal on or before 17.4.2012.
