Undisputedly against the order impugned the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing an appeal. Consequently this petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
It is further observed that in case such an appeal is preferred within two weeks from today the Appellate Authority shall endeavour to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law and preferably within a period of two months therefrom.
