The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial court to decide the Original Suit No. 2814 of 2018 (Chandra Pal vs. Ramanand & Others) within a time stipulated by this Court.
This Court does not find any extra ordinary reason on record to issue such a direction in a suit instituted in the year 2018, which will have effect of giving precedence over other old matters pending before the same court.
The petition is dismissed at this stage.
