As per the report submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra the non-bailable warrant issued by this court on 8th October, 2018 has not been executed. It is stated that the accused-appellant, Chandra Bhan, is not available at the address given from about 15 years. His younger brother Atar Singh narrated the facts to the police team.
In view of the report submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra, let a standing warrant of arrest be issued to procure the arrest of accused-appellant Chandra Bhan. Superintendent of Police, Agra shall submit a report with regard to the execution of standing warrant of arrest month by month till arrest of the accused.
