When the matter is taken up today for consideration, none appeared for the petitioner and there is no representation.
However, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 31.12.2009 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23354 of 2009 and batch, whereunder similar writ petitions were allowed with certain observations.
The said submission is placed on record and this writ petition is also allowed in terms of the said common order dated 31.12.2009 passed in W.P.No.23354 of 2009 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.
