Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The sole submission of counsel for the petitioner is to direct the 2nd Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) Kasia, Kushinagar to decide the Original Suit No.300 of 2008 (Chanrjiya vs. Ramprit Yadav and others) which is pending since 2008.
In view of above, the petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) Kasia, Kushinagar to consider and decide the Original Suit No.300 of 2008 (Chanrjiya vs. Ramprit Yadav and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
