JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.No.203 of 2015, dated 07.01.2015, by which, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2013, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other legal heirs of late Chinnasamy.
2. On the earlier occasion, counter affidavit was filed by the second respondent and from the counter affidavit, it is seen that there were complicated factual issues. Therefore, the Court directed the petitioner to appear before the second respondent along with the claim supported by copies of documents.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner did not appear before the second respondent for enquiry.
4. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has appeared and the Tahsildar has requisite for additional documents.
5. To resolve the controversy, there will be a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Tahsildar on 23.01.2017, along with all the documents called for and after considering the documents and conducting an enquiry of the petitioner as well as the other legal heirs of late Chinnasamy, orders shall be passed on or before 13.02.2017.
6. The Contempt petition is closed with the aforesaid directions.
