JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.02.2017 in terms of section 154 of Cr.P.C and further direct the respondents to proceed with the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible with in the time lie as prescribed by this Court.
2.Heard Mr.R.Anand for petitioner and Mr.Mohammed Mohideen, Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents.
3.It is seen that this petitioner has given a complaint dated 10.02.2017 and has filed the present Writ Petition with the above prayer for a direction to the respondent police to register a case on her complaint.
4.In the considered opinion of this Court this Petition is not maintainable, in view of the judgment of this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., v. the Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2 Adyar Police Station, Chennai and another reported in 2016(5) CTC 577. Accordingly this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
