Leave to amend the cause title including to delete the name of learned Judge and further to add the complainant as party respondent.
Heard learned advocate for the petitioner and it is submitted that what is averred in the complaint in which the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No.19, Ahmedabad, passed the impugned order on 15.2.2011 on the face of it is unbelievable. That series of events/incidents which have taken place from 2002 onwards and materials produced on record prima facie make out a case in favour of the petitioner to grant interim relief.
Issue notice returnable on 10.2.2012.
Meanwhile, ad-interim relief in terms of para 19(B).
Direct service is permitted.
