O R D E R Today the matter is taken up for final disposal. The prayer in the writ petition is to quash the proceedings issued by the second respondent No.Nil, dated 28.11.2012 and consequently, direct the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.12.2012.
2. It is an admitted fact that the lease granted by the respondents in favour of the petitioner for the period of five years commencing from 21.07.2008 to 20.07.2013 is expired.
3. In view of the above said fact, now the writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If any grievance, it is open to the parties concerned to work out their remedy, according to law.
The connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
