This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.38920 of 2015, dated 10.12.2015.

It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.38920 of 2015, dated 10.12.2015 has been complied with and in support of the said contention, the learned Special Government has produced the Government Order in G.O.(MS)No.116, Home (Police-3) Department, dated 06.02.2017. Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader the Contempt Petition is closed.
