… Respondent ***** This Writ Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order dated 28.4.2016 passed by the Additional Civil Judge & JMFC, Devanahalli on I.A. No.9 in O.S. No.534/2015 vide Annexure-M to the writ petition and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for preliminary hearing this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER There was no representation on behalf of petitioners when the matter was called out in the morning session. There was no representation on behalf of petitioners on 15.10.2019 as well as on 22.10.2019.
2. When the matter was called out once again at 2.40 p.m., there was no representation on behalf of petitioners.
3. It is noted that the petitioners are not diligent in prosecuting the proceedings and in light of the same, petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
