Committee of management of 'Vishwakarma Junior High School, Nara Jarauda, District Muzaffar Nagar' has approached this Court with the grievance that four posts of Assistant Teacher are lying vacant in the institution but the authority concerned has not granted permission to initiate the recruitment exercise.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.3 submits that the claim of petitioner institution would be considered in accordance with law.
Considering the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to exercise his jurisdiction as is conferred under Rule 7(3) of the Uttar Pradesh Recognised Basic Schools (Junior High Schools) (Recruitment And Conditions Of Service Of Teachers) Rules, 1978 and take appropriate decision in the matter, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
