"After some argument Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Vashishtha Dhar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal before the Director of Education.
It is open to the petitioners to avail the statutory remedy of appeal.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of an alternative remedy."
Let a corrected copy be issued to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
