Vide order dated 8.2.2019 further time was granted to learned Standing Counsel as well as Mr. Mrigraj Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, to file counter affidavit but till date no counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents.

In the circumstances, two weeks and no more further time is granted to learned counsel for the respondents to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within a week.
