The instant writ petition has been filed with the grievance that the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad has not provided mark sheet-cum- certificate of 29 girl students relating to High School Examination 2015 despite representations dated 10.7.2017 and 2.7.2018.
Learned standing counsel states that the representations shall be decided by the fourth respondent within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.4 to pass a speaking order on the representations dated 10.7.2017 and 2.7.2018 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case respondent no.4 comes to the conclusion that the mark sheet- cum-certificate is not to be issued, he shall disclose reasons therefor.
