Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following among other relief:-
"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS the Respondent NO.2 to take appropriate decision on the application dated 22.11.2016 filed by petitioners before Respondent No. 2 pending adjudicature of in accordance with law".
It has been submitted that a complaint made has not been decided, till date.
In view of the statement so made, without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider and dispose of the complaint of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
Subject to the above, this writ petition is disposed of.
