Learned standing counsel, on instructions states that the third respondent has already taken decision on 23.4.2018 in respect of 12 students of the petitioner institution in compliance of order dated 19.4.2018 in Writ-C No. 13693 of 2018. A copy of the said order has also been placed on record.
In view of above statement made by learned standing counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the third respondent.
Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid reserved in favour of the petitioner.
