Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Sri Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent no.3.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the State- respondents to consider the claim of petitioners for providing grant-in-aid to their institutions.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of claim of the petitioners, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to represent their case before the first respondent. If any such representation is filed along with certified copy of this order, the concerned respondent shall examine the matter and the claim of the petitioners in accordance with law and take appropriate decision thereupon, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of filing such representation.
