The only prayer made in this petition is to direct the Director of Secondary Education (Respondent no. 2) to decide the petitioner's appeal filed under Section 7 of the U.P. Act No.24 of 1971.
It is stated that such an appeal has been preferred on 28.4.2017 and the same has remained pending for nearly a year, but it has not been decided so far.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner's appeal shall be considered, in accordance with law.
Considering the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 2 to accord consideration to petitioner's appeal, by way of reasoned order, after hearing the affected parties within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
