Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1, Sri Tejasvi Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Sri Krishan Pahal, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and Sri Rohan Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioner- institution, namely, J.V. Jain College Saharanpur was established in the year 1955 and running L.L.B. 3 years Course since 1958 i.e. more than 60 years. He further submitted that proposal for extension/grant of approval is pending before the Bar Council of India in want of inspection fee. Against which, petitioners have moved representation dated 7.3.2019 and lastly submitted that suitable direction may be issued to respondent no.3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 7.3.2019.
Mr. Rohan Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 has no objection and submitted that representation of the petitioners dated 7.3.2019 shall be decided shortly in accordance with law.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 7.3.2019 strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that Court has not adjudicated the case on merits and it is upon the respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioners after considering the facts as well as Rules occupying the field.
