Heard Shri M. N. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Narendra Kumar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 12.09.2019 which only draws up a tentative list of members. The matter is still on foot before the Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur, in pursuance of the order dated 13.08.2019 passed by this Court.
This Court by order dated 09.09.2021 passed in Writ C No. 19671 of 2021, Imteyaz Ahmad Vs. State of U.P. and others, has called upon the Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur, to disclose the reasons for failure of timely compliance of directions issued by this Court.
In wake of preceding discussion, at this stage the writ petition is liable to be dismissed and is dismissed.
