Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide impugned order dated 28.6.2018, affiliation for D.El.Ed. (BTC) Course was rejected on non existent ground, therefore, order may be quashed and direction may be issued for grant of affiliation.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that now the session in dispute i.e. 2018-19 is over, therefore, for that session, no relief may be granted. Petitioners may apply a fresh application for session 2019-20 and the application shall be considered in accordance with law for which learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection.
Under such facts and circumstances of the case, no relief can be granted for session 2018-19 and this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh application for session 2019-20 and if any such application is filed by the petitioners, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondents in accordance with law.
