Petitioner Committee of Management has made an application before the District Inspector of Schools, Deoria for grant of permission in terms of Regulation 101 of the U.P. Intermediate Act, 1921 for grant of permission to fill up the solitary post of Assistant Clerk in the institution concerned. It is submitted that despite letter sent in that regard on 23.6.2016 as well as repeated representations made, no decision is being taken.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioner shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
Considering the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to examine petitioner's grievance and forward the same to the Director for the purpose of grant of necessary permission within four weeks. The concerned Director shall examine the issue and pass an appropriate order, in terms of the applicable provision, within a further period of six weeks thereafter. The Inspector, based upon the order of the Director, shall pass necessary order within a further period of three weeks thereafter.
