2nd personal affidavit filed by Sri Komal Yadav, Principal, District Education and Training Institute, Siddharth Nagar is taken on record.
Vide order dated 18.4.2019, this Court had directed to implead the deponent of the personal affidavit as respondent no. 4 and directed him to submit explanation about a letter dated 16.04.2018 issued by him. The relevant paragraph is quoted below:-
"Newly impleaded respondent no. 4 is directed to appear before the Court and file his personal affidavit on the date fixed and explain that by which mode he has sent letter dated 16.04.2018 to petitioner for submitting his reply on the very same date i.e. 16.04.2018 and further explain how the compliance of direction contained in letter dated 16.04.2018 is possible on the very same day i.e. 16.04.2018."
In the personal affidavit, the respondent no. 4 has stated that the order dated 16.04.2018 has been passed by mistake and in future, he shall take care and shall be more vigilent and cautious about this type of mistake.
Considering the reply submitted by the respondent no. 4, this writ petition is disposed of.
Personal appearance of the respondent no. 4 is exempted.
