Pursuant to the order passed on previous occasion, Sri Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondents has obtained the instructions, according to which, post has already been advertised vide Advertisement No.1 of 2016, and recruitment process is in progress. An assurance is extended that Board shall make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings, at the earliest possible.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that the Board shall act upon its assurance extended to the Court to conclude the selection proceedings, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
